Dead Like Me is an American TV show produced by David Grossman in 2003-2004.
Plot
George Lass (Ellen Muth) is a girl like any other, except that, after an unfortunate accident, died leaving her mother (Cynthia Stevenson), father (Greg Kean) and his sister Reggie (Britt McKillip) just when relations with them had become a bit 'tormented. It has since become an assistant of death, the task of taking the souls of people, preferably right before they die, and lead them to the next level.
The show explores not only the new "life" by George and his fellow workers in the arduous work of death, but it is also the life of the family of George and all the changes that led to his death.
